20 YEARS Matisse Foundation Report Brochure

In 2003, the Pierre and Tana Matisse Foundation planted a seed by making grants to six organizations including The Morgan Library and Museum, Metropolitan Opera Association, and Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation. From that seed the Foundation’s grantmaking program took root, growing tenfold over the next two decades.
